Sup Noodles

Canteen is the place to be for warming broths this winter with the return of our cult classic, the Sup Noodle Cup.

Starting 1 May, and available from Wednesdays to Fridays throughout winter, we’re serving up a nourishing broth with noodles for $10 a pop. The Sup Cup broth will change monthly:

MAY: roast chicken & miso broth

JUNE: vegan broth

JULY: bone broth

AUGUST: smoked fish broth

Super-charge your Sup Cup with a range of seasonal accompaniments. Add-on options will change to suit each broth, but will include the likes of; chicken thigh yakitori, soy egg, seasonal charred veg (pine mushroom season is upon us!) Abrolhos Island scallops and more.
