In conjunction with Broadsheet Kitchen, for one night only, Supernormal’s sous chef Carl Dahren took over the Canteen kitchen to present his very own restaurant concept… YAOWARAT.

When the sky is dark, the city is bright with the lights and flames of street-food stalls.

Yaowarat is the name given to Bangkok's Chinatown - the area has been the heart of the Thai-Chinese community since 1782. Over a 5-course banquet menu Carl explored the shared culture and cooking techniques of the Thai and Chinese communities.

Oodles of smoke, kitsch cocktails and loud music set the tone for an incredible evening that celebrated the vibrant street-food of Thailand.
